Нет чайника, диваны разломанные, так себе постельное белье и подушки, душевая кабинка маленькая, протекает и некуда поставить средства гигиены, пахнет газом, не работает пульт от телевизора, нет кондиционера в спальне, в зале постоянно мигает свет, отсутствует моющее средство. В целом все неплохо, переночевать можно.

Advantages:

квартира соответствует описанию и фото. в квартире чисто. есть пару замечаний по сеткам на окнах и балконе (порваны, отсутствуют из-за этого комары), Полотенчик бы на кухню и сковородочку по новее, а так в общем норм.
