Дом находится в природоохранной и водоохранной зоне Волго-Ахтубинской поймы на берегу реки Ахтуба (100 метров). Рядом (200 метров) практически свой пляж, спуск для лодки.

15 минут по шоссе от Волгограда. Вы за городом на природе, но в центре цивилизации: новый дом, отдельная кухня, современная мебель и сантехника, дизайнерский ремонт, родниковая вода с профессиональной фильтрацией (осмос), сплит-система, газовая плита, микроволновка, холодильник, большой стол, мангал, оптический интернет, WiFi, ТВ, теплый пол.
