Наша квартира расположена в центре города. Для гостей предоставляем чистое постельное белье, комплект полотенец на каждого гостя. Рядом расположены торговый центр, кафе, прогулочные зоны, платная охраняемая парковка. Также в непосредственной близости расположена зарядка для электромобилей.
Квартира не сдается для шумных мероприятий и распития спиртных напитков.
Курение разрешено строго на лоджии, при закрытой двери в комнату. Штраф за курение в помещении (наличии табачного запаха) 5000 рублей.
Гости обязаны соблюдать тишину и порядок.
Лиц в нетрезвом состоянии, младше 22 лет прошу не беспокоить.
При заселении иметь документы, подтверждающие личность.
Время заселения после 16.00; время выезда 12.00.
Возможно изменение времени заселения/выезда по договоренности и доп. оплате.
