Advantages:

Большая красивая квартира, расположение хорошее. Удобное заселение. Внутри не работала ванна, но хозяйка готова была починить, мы сами уже не успевали. Двор немного грязноват.

Advantages:

Идеальное расположение. Набережная в 3 минутах ходьбы. Жд вокзал 10 минутах. Остановка общественного транспорта рядом с домом.

Disadvantages:

Постельное велье было не первой свежести
