В квартире есть сплит система, смарт-тв, двухспальный диван и раскладное кресло-кровать, также в квартире есть холодильник, микроволновка, стиральная машина, посуда и электрочайник. Чистое постельное бельё и полотенца. Удобное месторасположение. В шаговой доступности множество кафе, магазины: магнит, пятерочка. Берется депозит ( 2000 рублей ), который возвращается при выселении. Фото реальные, собственник. Запрещено проведение вечеринок, курение ( только на лоджии ), животные.
Несовершеннолетним просьба не беспокоить.
Наличие паспорта обязательно.
Заселение после 21: 00 только по договоренности.
