Новый дом, хорошее расположение, рядом остановка общественного транспорта, магазины, парк, стадион. В квартире есть все необходимое: постельное, полотенце, фен, посуда, минимальный набор еды ( соль, сахар, специи, мука)

Disadvantages:

Вечером сложно найти парковку. Недостает одной плотной занавески на окно
