Advantages:

Отличное расположение (близко Мамаев Курган, Сталинградская панорама, набережная). В пешей доступности различные магазины. В целом приятная квартира.

Disadvantages:

Всего две подушки, к тому же неудобные - одна очень жёсткая, вторая очень тонкая. Пожелание: заменить "уставший" электрический чайник, добавить ещё одну подушку.

Advantages:

Останавливались на майских праздниках!Хозяин очень гостеприимный!Расположение квартиры прекрасное,на авто близко к центру, ехать буквально 5-10 минут.Все понравилось.

Advantages:

Добрый день. + близкое расположение к Мамаеву Кургану 20 мин пешком и центр рядом.

Disadvantages:

- нет вай фая с учетом того что при нынешних реалиях все глушится.
