Advantages:

Расположен близко с Мамаевым курганом, пешком минут 10-15, дорога через красивый парк с фонтаном. Квартира на 8 этаже, в доме лифт. Горячая вода бежит. Есть холодильник, необходимая посуда. В комнате есть кондиционер, но не очень мощный, медленно понижал температуру. Были в июле 2024.
