Advantages:

Небольшая гостиница. Оценил бы ее как ведомственную (рядом расположен завод), со всеми вытекающими плюсами и недостатками. Сам номер вполне комфортабельный. Завтрак и парковка не входила в стоимость номера. Качество завтраков, оценил бы на 3, по пятибалльной шкале.
